IT Recruiter (Freelance RPO)
📍 Remote | Freelance Contract
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support international RPO projects and help deliver top technology talent for global clients.
Requirements
✅ Proven experience recruiting IT and Technology professionals.
✅ Bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written).
✅ Experience conducting candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews in English.
✅ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified IT professionals for technical positions.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews in English.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Partner with international teams to ensure timely delivery of talent.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Previous experience working in RPO environments.
⭐ Experience recruiting across North America and Latin America.
⭐ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet hiring targets.
