The mission Source, screen, and close 3 hires within 1 month: — 1 Product Manager — 1 Senior Software Engineer (FastAPI, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, LLM integration) — 1 AI Engineer (production LLM pipelines, RAG, vector DBs) All roles are remote, LatAm-based, freelance contracts with extension potential. What you'll own (full pipeline) — Sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels — Outreach and first screening calls — CV evaluation against our scoring framework — Coordinating technical interviews with our team — Supporting offer negotiation and closing Who we're looking for — Proven track record placing senior tech profiles (SWE, AI/ML, PM) in LatAm — Strong sourcing instincts — you know how to spot genuine talent vs. inflated CVs — Experience recruiting for startups or AI-native companies is a strong plus — Professional English and Spanish (you'll interact with candidates across LatAm and with our team) — Based in Argentina — Available to start immediately and move fast Compensation Fixed fee per successful hire.
