Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location: Remote (Flexible)
Experience Level: Open to all (Prior sales experience preferred)
Stipend: Base - 3.6L + Comission Based upto 12 Lakhs
Shift Timing: Night Shift — USA Timings (9:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3 Months (Extension or PPO based on performance)
Commitment: 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) who excels at communication, closing deals, and converting leads into customers. You will handle inbound leads, conduct timely follow-ups, explain our offerings clearly, and maintain strong conversion performance — especially during USA hours.
Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
Engage with incoming leads and confidently present Flashfire’s services
Explain our offerings clearly to clients, including pricing, features, and benefits
Conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp, calls, email, and CRM
Convert prospects into paying customers within defined sales cycles
Performance & Coordination
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Track key metrics such as conversion rate and revenue per lead
Suggest improvements to sales funnels, scripts, and customer experience
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM – 4 AM IST)
Prior B2C sales experience is a plus
Strong follow-up discipline and persistence
Target-driven mindset
Fast learner with high ownership
Stable internet connection and a laptop
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Notion, etc.
Prior experience in sales/telecalling/internships
Understanding of job search, resumes, or hiring workflows
Ability to remain confident and calm during customer interactions
