Responsibility:

• Contact leads provided by the company through calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule and book demo meetings with potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects after demos.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain communication records and update lead status.
• Build professional relationships with potential clients.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.
• Learn sales, persuasion, objection handling, and client communication.

Training & Mentorship:

• Complete sales training provided by the company.
• One-on-one mentorship.
• Sales scripts and calling framework provided.
• Real client interaction experience.
• Career growth opportunities based on performance.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Confident while talking to new people.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and online tools.

Experience is not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Compensation:

Training Month:

• Performance-based stipend.
• ₹1,000 incentive per successful sale.
