Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Marketing Intern to join Adiflexx on a remote basis. The intern will support lead generation, market research, advertiser outreach, partnership development, and marketing initiatives.

This role offers practical exposure to sales, business development, startup operations, and B2B marketing. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder and gain valuable experience in client acquisition and strategic growth.

• Working Hours: 4 Hours per Day
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential advertisers and business clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research and outreach.
• Conduct LinkedIn networking and prospect engagement.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies.
• Schedule meetings with prospective advertisers.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
• Support market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals.
• Collaborate on digital marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
• Provide regular progress reports and activity updates.

Qualifications Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
