We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership reasoning. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands the nuances of managing teams, navigating tradeoffs, and driving organizational outcomes.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (powered by Labelbox) — one of the leading platforms for expert-led AI training.

What You'll Do
Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for quality and realism
Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or oversimplified management thinking
Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI reason more like a seasoned leader
Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and articulating why certain approaches fall short
Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
Self-directed and reliable with asynchronous, task-based work
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Real-world leadership, operations, or management experience in industry
Prior experience with AI training, content evaluation, or instructional design
