Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day client accounts and internal workflows. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include process optimization, maintaining communication with internal stakeholders, generating performance reports, and assisting the operations team in achieving objectives and efficiency goals. You will work directly with the Head of Operations to ensure client requests are handled correctly, tasks move forward without delays, and internal processes stay organized.
