ABOUT THE ROLE
Patient Pro Marketing is seeking highly motivated Engagement Specialists to join our growing call team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients who have expressed interest in minimally invasive medical procedures.
Your responsibility is to connect with new patient leads, build trust, gather important information, and schedule consultations with our partner clinics. Engagement Specialists play a critical role in ensuring patients receive professional guidance and a smooth scheduling experience from the very first interaction.
This is a remote, performance-driven role where strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail are essential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Patient Outreach & Lead Management
Serve as the first and most important point of contact in the patient journey, building trust from the very first call.
Patient Information & Scheduling
Ensure every booking is accurate, complete, and set up for a successful clinic visit.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate, professional records of all patient interactions to uphold the highest standards of quality and accountability.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Communication Skills
You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with patients, handling objections, addressing concerns, and ensuring patients fully understand the scheduling process.
Attention to Detail
Accuracy is critical, as you will be responsible for confirming patient information and ensuring appointments are scheduled correctly.
Time Management
Successful Engagement Specialists manage their call time effectively, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain consistent outreach to maximize booking opportunities.
Procedure & Clinic Knowledge
You will learn the different procedures offered by our clinics and understand scheduling guidelines to ensure patients are booked with the appropriate provider.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with supervisors and other team members, communicating any patient concerns, scheduling conflicts, or clinic-related updates promptly.
