Role Description The Revenue Cycle Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle for Empower ABA’s clinical services. This role manages the end-to-end billing process, including charge capture, coding review, claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances. The Revenue Cycle Manager monitors denials and reimbursement trends, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions to improve collection rates and reduce days in accounts receivable. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with ABA clinicians and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and maintaining compliance with payer policies and industry regulations. The role also involves managing relationships with managed care organizations, preparing financial and operational reports, and recommending process improvements to support sustainable growth and financial stability.
Qualifications

• Strong Revenue Cycle Management skills, including charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and A/R follow-up.
• Experience with Practice Management workflows, scheduling, and integration between clinical documentation and billing systems.
• Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving Denials to improve reimbursement and reduce write-offs.
• Working knowledge of Medical Coding and payer guidelines, with the ability to review and validate codes for accuracy and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with Managed Care organizations, including understanding of contracts, fee schedules, authorizations, and benefit structures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with practice management and billing software, preferably with central reach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to lead on a remote environment.
• US visa is a plus.
