Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Home Health Aide at PhonePe Pulse. The Home Health Aide will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their daily lives. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting activities of daily living, maintaining open lines of communication with clients and their families, and ensuring clients' overall well-being. The role requires empathy, reliability, and the ability to work independently to provide superior care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and supporting Activities of Daily Living
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Expertise in Patient Care and Personal Care, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and maintain clear documentation of care provided
• High school diploma or GED; additional training or certification in healthcare is a plus
• Previous experience in home health or elder care services is a bonus
