💼 Role Description

This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC's Marketing Team. As a Digital Marketing Trainee/Intern, you will support various digital marketing initiatives including social media management, content creation, campaign execution, SEO activities, website updates, and performance reporting.

You will collaborate with experienced marketing professionals and gain practical exposure to industry tools, strategies, and real-time projects.

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

✅ Must Have

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms

• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to create engaging content for different digital channels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies

⭐ Should Have

• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools

• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing

• Understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Interest in branding, lead generation, and digital growth strategies

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns

📌 Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages when required

• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences

• Support community engagement and brand awareness initiatives

✍️ Content Creation

• Develop engaging captions, blogs, articles, newsletters, and promotional content

• Assist in designing marketing materials such as banners, posters, presentations, and social media creatives

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative content ideas

📈 Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Assist with email marketing and lead generation activities

• Help optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates

🔍 SEO & Website Support

• Conduct keyword research and basic SEO activities

• Assist in updating website content, blogs, and landing pages

• Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

• Provide recommendations based on campaign data and results
