We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Social Media Marketing Intern who can take ownership of our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our audience, and support business growth initiatives through strategic content and community engagement.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing GTM Labs' social media presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
You will work closely with the Business Development, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to create content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, partnerships, lead generation, and client acquisition.
This is a performance-based role where success is measured through content consistency, audience growth, engagement, partnership opportunities generated, and contribution to business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and operate 3–4 social media handles across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Ensure timely publishing and optimization of content across all platforms.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities relevant to GTM Labs and its target audience.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Ideate, plan, and create engaging content aligned with GTM Labs' brand and business goals.
- Create educational, informative, promotional, thought leadership, and community-focused content.
- Design basic creatives, carousels, posts, and content assets using available tools.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to convert business activities into social content.
Growth & Engagement
- Drive organic audience growth across all platforms.
- Increase engagement through comments, discussions, networking, and community interactions.
- Build relationships with founders, startups, Web3 communities, partners, and industry professionals.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, content partnerships, and cross-promotions.
Business Development Support
- Work closely with the Business Development team to support partnership-building initiatives.
- Create content that supports lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Promote company services, success stories, partnerships, and ecosystem activities.
- Assist in outreach campaigns through content-led engagement strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance metrics and growth indicators.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze content performance and optimize future strategies accordingly.
RequirementsMandatory Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media marketing, branding, content creation, and growth.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of major social media platforms and platform-specific content formats.
- Ability to independently manage multiple content workflows.
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing social media accounts, personal brands, startup pages, or community platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Notion, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Web3, startups, technology, AI, or digital business ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of content analytics and social media growth strategies.

Compensation
This is a purely performance-based internship with earning potential of up to ₹5,000 per month, based on:
- Social media growth achieved.
- Content performance and engagement.
- Consistency of execution.
- Business impact generated through social channels.
- Contribution to partnerships and client acquisition initiatives.
Top performers will receive direct exposure to startup growth, Web3 marketing, business development, content strategy, and may be considered for long-term opportunities within GTM Labs.
