Corporate Trainer / Learning Specialist / Performance Coach

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Health Specialist at Axis Development Bank Ltd. The Health Specialist will be responsible for managing and promoting employee health and well-being programs, offering customer-focused support, and ensuring occupational health compliance. In addition, the role will encompass designing health promotion initiatives, implementing health-related policies, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to address health-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in Occupational Health practices and standards
• Expertise in Medicine and Health Promotion to design and implement health and wellness programs
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate in a team-oriented setting
• Relevant certifications or education in health sciences, public health, or a related field
• Previous experience in a corporate health or wellness role is a plus
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
