Bookkeeper (w/ Quickbooks Experience) Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in Quickbooks to join our accounting team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial decision-making, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using Quickbooks. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support the accounting team in audits and tax preparations. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. Requirements Requirements 0-1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role. Proficiency in Quickbooks and other accounting software. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A degree or certification in accounting or a related field is preferred.
