Job Description This is a remote position. * Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, ensure legal requirements compliance * Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures * Verify, allocate and post transactions of accounts * Balance accounts by reconciling entries * Maintains general ledger by transferring account summaries * Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance, reconcile entries * Maintains historical records by filing documents * Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends * Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing reports, advising management on needed actions * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas * Must be fluent in English speaking and writing * Minimum of three (3) years experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports * Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks or Zoho Books * Developing Standards * Analyzing Information * Dealing with Complexity * Reporting Research Results * Data Entry Skills * Accounting * Attention to Detail * Confidentiality * Thoroughness Alttrix Cloud Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.
