It’s vital to operations and planning to know the health and future of the company by its numbers. You will own this information and help the leadership team make key operating, investing, and financing decisions. Own the P&L and produce a monthly report to review with the leadership team Keep Xero fully up to date with all financial information and records Bookkeeping Accounts Payable / Receivable and follow up in the case of a lapse payment Assist with creating and maintaining the company budget Facilitate expense tracking and reimbursement process Work with our accounting department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company Manage Refunds Organizing and filing transaction documents Generating financial reports and statements Preparing and processing electronic payments, transfers and financial transactions Track and pay invoices and receipts Salary Processing Assist in Audit Preparation Assist in the creation and leadership of Bookkeeping as a service to our clients Requirements What you need: Knowledge and experience in using Xero Advanced knowledge in MS Excel A passion for numbers, accounting and bookkeeping Extreme self-motivation and problem-solving skills A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines High level of English communication skills Skills ACCOUNTING, EXCEL, XERO, E-COMMERCE Benefits What’s in it for you: Full-time work High-paying compared to similar roles Performance bonuses Growth potential within the company The amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing company who is just as focused on their team as they are on their customers
