This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates. Key Responsibilities • Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and account planning • Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines • Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans • Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and notes in CRM to support planning and reporting • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health • Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile Requirements • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales • Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals • Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits • Salary range: 520,000 - 750,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa) • Opportunities for professional growth • Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. • Open communication environment. • Full medical coverage.
