Our retail philosophy mirrors the Apple and Google store models: we develop highly innovative, proprietary core technologies centered around ergonomic chairs and workstations that serve as the foundational driver for our ecosystem. This core technology is then supplemented by other elite, curated brands and technologies within our stores to provide a complete, premium ergonomic solution. Moving forward, we plan to grow our proprietary technology into a variety of other product lines.

Over years of deep innovation, we have patented a world-class portfolio of seating and workspace technologies, including Therapod X, Nimble, Orthopod, and our latest breakthrough, XMeshFit (delivering the proven ergonomics of Therapod X in an innovative, patented mesh form). With manufacturing spanning Australia, Taiwan, Canada, and Europe, our immediate focus is to build out a powerhouse library of visual assets. These assets will be used to fuel our national and global expansion, grow our ergonomic dealer networks under the Sit And Move brand initially in Australia, and subsequently scale our licensing models overseas.

We are seeking a high-caliber, remote 3D CAD Visualizer & Technical Asset Creator to systematically create and build the visual asset engine for our licensed product range.

This role starts on a casual/retainer basis, but for a proactive specialist who masters our portfolio, there is a direct pathway to a full-time position. You will be responsible for creating the high-end technical, visual, and educational assets that our domestic Experience Centre, dealer networks, and future global licensees require to successfully understand, integrate, and sell our innovations.

Note on Internal Collaboration: This is a technical CAD visualization and rendering role. You will work directly with the founder on technical execution, and seamlessly complement our local Australian graphic design team by supplying them with raw 3D assets and photorealistic renders for final marketing layouts.

Because we operate across multiple product lines and are scaling toward international licensing, this is not a standard, repetitive job description. You must be highly agile. You will be building out comprehensive libraries of 3D assets for established product lines, while simultaneously interpreting 3D integration concepts showing partners how to visually apply our new XMeshFit technology into their frameworks.

• Build the Visual Asset Engine: Systematically create high-end technical drawings, exploded-view diagrams, and functional 3D animations that explain our core technology visually for our Experience Centre, digital showroom displays, and dealer kits.
• Ingredient Branding & Licensing Layouts: Utilize CAD files to accurately show how our patented technologies integrate into various chair frames, workstations, and dealer networks without losing visual precision.
• Asset Handoff: Generate premium, high-resolution photorealistic 3D renders using industry-standard rendering software and hand them off to our internal graphics department for website and network marketing execution.
  

• Strong CAD Software Understanding: A deep and practical understanding of how to work with, manipulate, and export data from 3D CAD software is critical for this role.
• Proficiency in Rendering Software: Exceptional skills in taking CAD data and turning it into high-end, photorealistic 3D renders, materials, and functional animations.
• Willingness to Learn Seating & Ergonomic Technology: We do not expect you to know everything about chair and workstation mechanics on day one. However, you must have a strong desire and the curiosity to deeply study our products, understand mechanical movements, and master the unique idiosyncrasies of mesh deformation and structural loads under our guidance.
