Polish Speaking Player Support Agent Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Polish Speaking Player Support Agent to join a global leader in the Customer Experience (CX) industry in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will collaborate with an enthusiastic team of gamers to deliver an authentic, player-to-player support experience, handling all inquiries entirely via written channels. Location City: Sofia Country: Bulgaria Your Role & Responsibilities Assist players with any account, billing, or technical issues they encounter exclusively via tickets and chat ( Email Only ). Deliver an exceptional player experience by utilizing a tailored, case-by-case, and player-oriented troubleshooting approach. Identify and report trending community issues or newly submitted game bugs, escalating them directly to the appropriate internal teams. Collaborate with a dedicated team of gamers to maintain an engaging, supportive, and community-driven environment. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluency in Polish alongside a good command of English . Player Empathy: Strong player empathy and the unique ability to understand a gamer's perspective when tackling game-related frustrations. Industry Knowledge: A clear understanding of Player Support or general customer care fundamentals. Gaming Background (Advantage): Direct gaming experience is highly preferred; if you play video games and can naturally relate to player mindsets, community culture, and in-game concepts, it will be considered a major asset. Core Attributes: A genuine desire to help players as efficiently as possible and contribute positively to overall team success. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: ā¬1,435 Gross per month.
