Location City: Sofia Country: Bulgaria Your Role & Responsibilities Review uploaded content, handle data labeling, and manage general back-office customer support tasks. Assist players with any reported issues, providing fast, empathetic, and effective solutions. Maintain a player-first approach to ensure a high-quality community support experience. Actively listen to player feedback, identify trends, and escalate critical insights to the relevant teams. Collaborate with your team to continuously improve support processes and contribute to a positive gaming environment. Your Qualifications Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C1) with a good command of English . Gaming Passion: A genuine passion for gaming—you play video games and understand gaming communities, the player mindset, and gaming culture. Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Empathy: Ability to view complex situations from a player's perspective to resolve issues smoothly. Experience (Advantage): Prior knowledge of player support or customer service is considered a plus. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Base Salary: €1,750 Gross per month.
