We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant with strong English skills to join an international customer care team based in Sofia. You will provide support for users of Google’s digital services, offering clear and customer-friendly guidance.
This is a non-technical support role focused on troubleshooting for:

About The Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant with strong English skills to join an international customer care team based in Sofia. You will provide support for users of Google’s digital services, offering clear and customer-friendly guidance.
This is a non-technical support role focused on troubleshooting for:
- Google Play Store
- Google Pay (gPay)
- Google for Families
- Google Books & Movies
- Other digital content services
- Assist Dutch- and English-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Support users with issues related to:
- App downloads, purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
- gPay transactions and payment queries
- Family accounts and parental controls
- Digital content (movies, books, games, apps)
- Provide accurate information while maintaining high service quality.
- Document all cases and follow internal procedures.
- Work in a multilingual environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Native/Fluent Dutch (C1–C2).
- Good English skills (B2+).
- Previous experience in customer support or a service role is beneficial.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Sofia.
- EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit is an advantage.
