About this role

About The Role:

You will drive revenue growth and commercial success for Multipass UAE, leading commercial strategy across product positioning, pricing, go-to-market initiatives, client acquisition, and partnerships.

A key part of the role is building and scaling a high-performing revenue team, establishing the structures, processes, and performance frameworks needed to support sustainable growth, while developing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help align commercial priorities, product development, and business objectives to drive long-term growth and market success.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the revenue growth strategy and commercial performance of Multipass UAE.
  • Shape and execute product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives in line with market demand.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition and partnership strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing revenue team.
  • Design team structures, compensation models, and performance management frameworks.
  • Establish scalable commercial processes, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives, regulatory requirements, product initiatives, and commercial priorities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in private banking, wealth management, corporate banking, FX sales, or fintech business development.
  • Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Established network within the UAE business community.
  • Proven ability to acquire and grow high-value client relationships.
