Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
● Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
Client Relationship Management
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Sales Activities
● Promote and sell company products and services.
● Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
● Follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner.
● Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Research
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
● Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities and challenges.
● Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned territories.
Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
● Update CRM systems regularly.
● Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required by management.
Customer Support
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
● Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
● 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
● Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
