The Role

We are looking for a Referral Business Owner to take full ownership of Comfi's Referral stream — one of our highest-potential growth channels — and build it into a structured, scalable, and predictable revenue engine.

This is not a traditional product or marketing role. You will operate as a business owner: setting strategy, running funnels, managing economics, and scaling multiple distinct referral flows simultaneously. You will work across three established streams — Referral Brokers, ERP Integrators, and BNPL Suppliers — each with its own acquisition model, funnel dynamics, and unit economics, while identifying and developing new referral verticals as the business grows.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, partnerships, and operations. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Risk, Engineering, and Finance to move fast, run experiments, and build the infrastructure that turns referral into a compounding growth channel.


What You'll Own

Referral Broker Network

  • Scale the active broker network from its current base
  • Optimize broker acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention flows
  • Build performance frameworks, incentive structures, and playbooks that maximize broker productivity and deal quality
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-value broker segments and geographies

ERP Integrator Channel

  • Own the end-to-end build of a stable, repeatable MVP for ERP integrator partnerships
  • Define the value proposition, commercial model, and integration requirements in collaboration with Product and Engineering
  • Systemize acquisition, onboarding, and funnel management so the channel has a clear and trackable revenue trajectory
  • Establish this as an understood, measurable growth stream with defined KPIs and economics

BNPL Supplier & Buyer Network

  • Activate and grow the BNPL supplier network, with a focus on quality onboarding and early engagement
  • Build and optimize acquisition funnels for both suppliers and buyers, recognizing the two-sided nature of this channel
  • Drive network density and transaction volume through structured growth initiatives
  • Define retention and expansion mechanics that compound the value of the network over time

Cross-Stream Ownership

  • Define, track, and report on key metrics across all referral streams: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into referral performance and economics
  • Identify and pursue new referral verticals or partnership models that fit Comfi's ICP and product suite
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and growth infrastructure that support long-term expansion


What You Bring

✅ 4+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, Product Management, or a combination — ideally in a startup or fintech environment

✅ Proven track record of building and scaling partner or referral channels, not just managing them

✅ Strong commercial instinct — you understand unit economics, funnel dynamics, and what makes a channel structurally viable

✅ Experience managing multiple workstreams or business lines simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly

✅ Data-driven approach: comfortable with analytics, funnel reporting, and using data to make and defend decisions

✅ Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across Product, Sales, Risk, and Engineering

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership — you treat this like your business, not your task list

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

✅ Fluency in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)

✅Based in the UAE


Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience in fintech, lending, BNPL, payments, or B2B financial services

⭐ Experience with ERP ecosystems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar) or technology partnership channels

⭐ Familiarity with two-sided marketplace or network-effect dynamics

⭐ Experience with SQL, CRM tools, and analytics or experimentation platforms

⭐ Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market
