Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with consistent application of guidelines. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly. Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally. Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
