As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content in Norwegian, ensuring that it aligns with community standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Norwegian to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Classify content accurately based on established moderation policies. Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to relevant teams promptly. Provide feedback on content trends and contribute to improving moderation processes. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of content quality and safety. Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly. Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly. Professional handling of sensitive content with discretion and empathy. Familiarity with content moderation tools and digital platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to its local culture and environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
