We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our clients team. This versatile role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, client onboarding, administrative duties, and ensure seamless client communication. *Remote: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST (5 PM to 3 AM SAST). Manage accounts receivable, including welcoming new clients, explaining next steps, and collecting deposits for construction projects. Utilize a custom CRM system (prior CRM experience is a must). Act as a liaison between clients and the team, promptly reporting any issues and addressing client concerns. Upload necessary documents to city rebate portals accurately and on time. Perform structured daily administrative tasks and maintain an organized workflow. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Exceptionally organized, structured, and detail-oriented. Experience with CRM systems. Ability to manage administrative-intensive tasks with precision.
