Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Growth & Deal Closure Specialist to join our remote team.
This role focuses on managing and growing Upwork profile by identifying opportunities, writing winning proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into paying projects.
This is a performance-driven sales role ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, deal closing, and business growth.
There will also be future opportunity to support CraftedDots agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Find and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with prospects and handle follow-ups
• Negotiate and close deals
• Research target markets and high-value opportunities
• Improve profile performance and win rate
• Maintain lead and pipeline tracking
Qualifications
• Experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Good negotiation and client handling skills
• Ability to understand client needs and position services effectively
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• Familiarity with design/UX/UI or agency services is a plus
Compensation
• 30% commission on successfully closed projects
• 70% retained by the business
Probation Period: 2 months (performance-based evaluation)
High performers will have the opportunity to grow with CraftedDots and take on expanded responsibilities
