GTM Engineer

Hey! Kinetyca just hired a full time GTME and is now looking to hire 2 new GTMEs full time!

We are Certified Clay Partner Experts and top Claude users, as well as Partners of the top tools in the space: Heyreach, Smartlead, La Growth Machine, and many years. We have spent the last year building processes and we're now scaling..

We're looking for senior GTMEs, people with over 2 years experience in Clay and GTM. This is not a job where you'll scrape and add leads, but a full-stack GTME job: from scraping, to copy creation, to CRM work, to engaging with Claude to have the best results. We are looking for a senior profile, Team Player, Owner of their own work, focused on Delivering Results to clients, that will manage clients' tables from A to Z. We love innovating and doing crazy stuff for our clients, while we have fun!

You'll get:

Role:

• You'll work on 4 to 6+ clients
• Outbound and ABM system design
• Clay-powered data and enrichment workflows
• Automation across email, LinkedIn, and CRM
• AI-driven personalization at scale
• Scraping, enrichment, and pipeline infrastructure

Requirements:

• US Hours
• 2 years of Clay deep experience
• Previous Agency experience is mandatory
• Manage at the same time 4 to 6 clients
• HTTP deep knowledge
• CRM and RevOps experience
• Knowledge of GTM Tools (Heyreach, EmailBison, Outboundsync, ...)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Extreme attention to deadlines
