Cold Caller – Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce the company's products or services.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Handle objections professionally and build rapport with customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
