Job title: Technical Project Manager – Marketing Measurement Platform

Location: Remote (Colombia)

Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead delivery and execution of Taco Bell’s enterprise Marketing Measurement & Optimization (MMM) platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project/program management experience, strong expertise in Agile delivery, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science, Data Engineering, App Engineering, and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and workflow tracking using JIRA and Confluence as the system of record.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across ML models, data pipelines, and application layers, ensuring production readiness and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data & Technology teams, and external partners to align priorities and deliverables.
• Support technical environments including Snowflake, AWS (S3, SageMaker), DBT, MLFlow, and related data/ML pipelines.
• Maintain documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and onboarding materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Proven success leading complex data and technology initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Application Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, DBT, and ML/MLOps workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum certification.
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or marketing measurement platforms.
• Background supporting Data Science, ML product delivery, and MLOps processes.
• Experience with large-scale platform implementations and support model transitions.

• Strong expertise with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with technical teams (Data Science, App Engineering, etc.).
• Experience with Marketing Measurement/MMM platforms and ML-driven solutions.
