You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the team, supporting activities across the full recruitment lifecycle. In this role you will play a key role in: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate search, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers Maintain and review recruitment data to ensure accuracy and compliance in our systems Drive employer branding initiatives, such as planning and participating in university career days and engaging with students Be responsible for various recruitment projects and initiatives Depending on your profile and interests, you will have the opportunity to explore different areas while taking individual responsibility for specific tasks.
