About Us Talencore is a boutique HR consultancy dedicated to revolutionizing the HR and Recruitment landscape. With a team of seasoned HR professionals, we bring a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, people ops, and strategic consulting. Our mission is to transform businesses and individuals through strategic HR, Recruitment, and Career solutions. Job Description Our client is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler backed by a leading private equity firm. They are combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an insurtech powerhouse, and are undergoing rapid digital transformation. The business operates in a complex, workflow-heavy environment and is investing heavily in AI, automation, and modern product development practices to unlock speed and efficiency at scale. Weβre helping them hire three Senior Technical Product Managers to join their growing team. This is a build-and-transform environment - not maintenance, and not a traditional product role. You will not be writing requirements and handing them off. You will actively prototype solutions using AI tools, test them with users, and iterate quickly . The focus is on rethinking how systems, workflows, and data interact, and applying AI to modernize legacy processes. Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Remote, but MUST be physically located in the US or Canada. Compensation: USD $100,000-150,000 base + bonus + full benefits (see below) What You'll Do: Own technical product areas end-to-end - from discovery through delivery. Build functional prototypes using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks) to validate ideas before full development. Work directly with engineers to review outputs, test integrations, and unblock delivery in real time. Translate business workflows into technical solutions, working closely with engineering teams. Drive AI-enabled product development, identifying where automation and intelligence can improve speed, accuracy, and output. Build and iterate on early-stage (v1) solutions, continuously refining based on real-world usage. Operate in fast sprint cycles - shipping, learning, and improving quickly (days/weeks, not months). Work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with longer-term platform improvements. Partner with engineering to evaluate APIs, integrations, and system design decisions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points. Contribute to a broader digital transformation agenda, influencing how products evolve over time. Requirements 3-8 years in Technical Product Management. Recent experience in the commercial insurance or fintech space. Hands-on experience building and iterating on real solutions using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation tools, AI copilots), not just exposure or strategy-level understanding. Strong exposure to fast-paced, startup-style environments, with experience building or iterating on early-stage (v1) products. Experience operating as a hands-on builder - creating prototypes, testing workflows, and refining solutions directly. Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and system workflows, able to evaluate and guide technical decisions alongside engineers. Exposure to systems involving data flows, underwriting/pricing logic, or transaction workflows. Ability to translate messy, real-world workflows into structured, scalable technical solutions. Builder mentality - you donβt wait for perfect requirements. Benefits Employee Ownership Program - eligible employees share in the financial rewards as the company grows Professional Development Opportunities β access to learning and career growth initiatives Owner Referral Program Work-from-Home Reimbursement Digital Health & Wellness Platform - online fitness and wellbeing resources Canary Emergency Financial Assistance Program Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage Life and AD&D Insurance Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health Savings Account (HSA) Short-Term Disability Coverage Voluntary Benefits - supplemental accident, critical illness, and hospital insurance Employee Discounts 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions Paid Time Off Programs 11 Company-Paid Holidays ------------------------ At Talencore, we stand against racism and discriminatory practices.
