Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience facilitating UAT cycles, managing test plans, and driving defect resolution with stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Show proficiency in Celigo, NetSuite, or similar iPaaS and ERP systems
- Communicate fluently in Spanish and Portuguese
- Demonstrate hands-on experience designing and documenting integration solutions using iPaaS platforms (Celigo preferred), including field mapping, data transformation, and API connectivity
- Write clear and structured functional specifications and solution design documents for technical and non-technical audiences

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze client business processes, technical requirements, and integration challenges
- Identify how iPaaS addresses pain points such as data silos and inefficient workflows
- Present and showcase iPaaS solutions through tailored demonstrations
- Highlight benefits such as seamless connectivity, scalability, and cost efficiency aligned with client goals
- Provide in-depth knowledge of connectors, APIs, and automation features
- Guide clients on integration with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid systems
- Develop and propose customized integration strategies and workflows
- Connect legacy systems with modern SaaS applications based on client needs
- Train and educate clients on platform functionality and usability
- Empower client teams to manage integrations independently
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical insights during the sales process
- Address prospect questions, resolve objections, and prepare proposals or proofs of concept
- Work with clients and implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations
- Monitor evolving integration technologies, competitor offerings, and market demands
- Recommend enhancements and position solutions effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term client partnerships
- Understand business objectives and deliver ongoing value
- Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and feature adoption
- Advocate for cross-departmental integration to maximize ROI
Implementation - Functional Integration Architect
- Lead end-to-end design of integration solutions
- Define data flows, transformation logic, error handling strategies, and connectivity patterns
- Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications for each integration use case
- Define field mappings, business rules, exception handling, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing with clients
- Define test scenarios, facilitate testing sessions, track defects, and validate outputs
- Act as the bridge between client and development teams
- Clarify requirements and validate developed integrations against approved specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams
- Track milestones, anticipate risks, and maintain project progress
- Support go-live activities and monitor integration performance
- Resolve issues and provide post-launch support
- Deliver training and documentation to client teams
- Enable teams to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations independently
