Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with hotel bookings, reservations, and travel-related inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Booking.com services and best practices.
Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
