Document player feedback and communicate relevant insights to the development team for continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and titles to effectively assist users. Collaborate with other support agents to share best practices and enhance service quality. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular games and platforms. Experience in customer support or community management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize with gamers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support. Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms. Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to the gaming community.
