You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with expertise and care. Responsibilities Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries. Assist customers with questions about product information, order status, returns, and payment processes. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce roles is highly desirable. Strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge of online shopping trends. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications. Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
