Trade Co is looking to diversify our portfolio and expand into high-end residential and commercial projects. To support this growth, we are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our team. About the role As a Supervisor on our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building projects alongside our Business Manager. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service. This position may suit candidates who: • Have experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter looking for the next step • Are seeking work-life balance within the residential construction industry • Would like to make the change from business owner to employee • Would like to work with an experienced building management team • Are ready to develop new skills through on-the-job training. • Are looking to step into, or, have experience working within Residential Insurance industry • Would like their transferable skills to be recognised and valued. • Enjoy finding solutions and collaborating to achieve an outcome. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows how to Provide Great Service to their Team, Trades and Clients.
