Role Summary: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities. Solution Architecture: Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively. T eam Leadership & Mentoring: Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. People Development: Gives structured feedback and supports growth. • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience. • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
