Your role Zanders specializes in treasury management and, due to our continued growth and expanding project portfolio, we are looking to hire a Consultant who is eager to develop in both Treasury Technology and Corporate Treasury Advisory. You will support client engagements across treasury processes, systems, and transformation initiatives, while building a strong foundation in corporate treasury and consulting. You will join a team of dynamic and experienced Consultants who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of treasury topics, including treasury technology implementations, process improvements, and advisory projects. Through hands-on project work, coaching, and structured training, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career within Zanders’ global treasury practice. Your background may be in finance, treasury, technology, or consulting, with a strong interest in the intersection of treasury and technology. Key responsibilities: As a Consultant, your focus will be on supporting and contributing to projects under the guidance of senior colleagues: Supporting treasury technology projects, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS) implementations (e.g. Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS), across phases such as requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, and go-live activities Assisting in analyzing clients’ treasury processes and operating models, identifying improvement opportunities across cash management, payments, risk management, and bank connectivity Contributing to treasury advisory engagements, such as treasury organization reviews, policy and governance assessments, and business case development Supporting senior consultants in vendor selection and treasury transformation projects Preparing project documentation, analyses, and client presentations Supporting client training activities and knowledge transfer during and after implementations Handling day to day requests from clients, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Participating in onsite and offsite workshops Staying up to date with treasury market trends, technology developments, and best practices Skills to be successful: 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, treasury/finance/technology consulting, or a client facing/project management role in finance, or financial technology Strong interest in Treasury Technology and Corporate Treasury Advisory Basic knowledge of treasury concepts such as: Cash & liquidity management Payments and banking FX and interest rate risk Treasury Management Systems (conceptual understanding is sufficient) Experience or exposure to treasury systems (e.g. Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS) or related tools is a plus, but not required A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Information Systems, or a related field Strong analytical skills and a proactive, curious mindset Comfortable working in a team-oriented, consulting environment Willingness to travel within Asia and occasionally to other regions such as Europe, depending on project needs Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, combining home working with travel to the office and client sites as required About Us: Progress your career with Zanders.
