What you'll own Your baseline: 6 approved videos per week. Short and long-form performance ads (40s–2min), optimized for retention, hook velocity, and conversion — not aesthetics. You work in tight feedback loops. Revisions are technical adjustments, not negotiations. You ship reliably, week over week.
