Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST (7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM)

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Lead Admin to support our sales operations and assist with B2C sales activities. This role is responsible for managing lead flow, maintaining documentation, booking appointments, and supporting sales reps and attorneys. You will also handle direct B2C sales calls as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification Review, organize, Call and qualify incoming leads based on set criteria.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.

Assign leads to the appropriate sales reps or attorneys.

Appointment Scheduling Book consultation appointments for sales representatives and attorneys.

Coordinate schedules, send reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups. Manage rescheduling and cancellations.

Sales Administration Prepare and maintain documentation, notes, and client files.

Assist with email communication, follow-ups, and data entry.

Ensure all interactions and updates are properly logged.

B2C Sales Support Make outbound calls to prospects to explain services and convert leads.

Handle inbound inquiries and guide clients through the process.

Help drive sales targets by closing B2C conversions when needed.

Requirements Experience in sales support, lead admin, customer service, or similar role.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
