About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, self-driven and high-energy Sales Development Representative who can build high-quality enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting across India, Middle East or Asia Pacific markets.
We are looking for someone who can research deeply, personalize intelligently, engage senior HR and business leaders, create meaningful conversations, and convert those conversations into qualified opportunities that progress toward revenue.
What You Will Own- Identify, research and engage enterprise accounts across India, Middle East or Asia Pacific markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists across HR, HRIT, Talent, Payroll and relevant business stakeholders.
- Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calling, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
- Create personalized outreach based on account research, industry triggers, buyer priorities and business context.
- Use AI tools to improve account research, messaging relevance, call preparation, follow-ups and outreach productivity.
- Set up discovery meetings with relevant decision-makers and influencers in target accounts.
- Qualify prospects based on business need, pain points, urgency, stakeholder relevance, current HR technology landscape and potential opportunity size.
- Focus on quality of pipeline, ensuring opportunities are well-qualified, sales-accepted and capable of progressing toward revenue.
- Use HubSpot to manage leads, contacts, sequences, activities, meeting outcomes, qualification notes and pipeline status.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene with accurate account intelligence, next steps and updated prospect information.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine target segments, messaging, account priorities and campaign follow-ups.
- Share market feedback, buyer objections, competitor signals and campaign learnings to improve outbound effectiveness.
Required Qualifications- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in outbound sales development, business development or inside sales.
- Prior experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts in India/ Middle East / Asia Pacific
- Proven ability to set up qualified meetings with senior business or functional leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and follow-up cadences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Experience with prospecting databases, calling tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
