The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Sales Representative to help expand our reach into new markets and industry verticals. You will play a key role in introducing Pentoz’s tech solutions—including cloud services, SaaS platforms, IT consulting, and automation—to businesses ready for transformation. If you’re a confident communicator with a tech-savvy mind and a hunter’s instinct, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound engagement Understand client challenges and recommend tailored solutions from Pentoz’s tech portfolio Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demos to decision-makers Manage a full sales cycle — from discovery to deal closure — using CRM tools Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and lead pricing/contract negotiations Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build strong client relationships for long-term growth and referrals Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology or IT sales , preferably in a high-growth environment Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, DevOps, or SaaS is a strong plus Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Proven ability to manage pipelines, follow-up effectively, and close deals Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) A self-starter mindset and a passion for helping businesses grow through technology Bonus: Experience working remotely and selling in global markets Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions 100% remote work with flexible hours and global exposure A fast-paced, people-first culture with strong leadership support Real opportunities to grow into senior sales or business development leadership roles A chance to be part of a movement redefining how India builds tech-led enterprises
