EcoSignX is growing, and we are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Professional who can generate leads through multiple channels, build strong client relationships, and professionally close high-value deals.

We specialize in premium 3D design and visualization services focused on landscape design, parks and resorts, festival and event designs, outdoor spaces, villa front and backyards, gardens, and exterior concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

* Convert assigned social media marketing leads into paying clients

* Prospect and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn and professional channels

* Build strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, landscaping companies, hospitality brands, and property owners across international markets, including the GCC region.

* Manage high-value client conversations and close deals professionally

* Develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM records

* Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales in 3D Visualization industry / IT / Design / Web & Digital Marketing.
• Experience selling services in one or more of these industries:

- 3D visualization / Landscape / Architecture / Interior Design

- Design sales / Web services

- Digital Marketing / Creative agency

- E-books / Content Agency

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Confident in LinkedIn prospecting and outbound sales strategies
• Experience closing premium or high-ticket service deals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Results-driven with a strong track record of revenue generation
