Senior Google Ads Specialist

About the role

This is a rare, fully remote opportunity for a seasoned Senior Google Ads Professional with a minimum of 10 years of practical experience to oversee and enhance sophisticated client campaigns. This critical position involves performing detailed account reviews, uncovering avenues for expansion, and articulating strategic performance advice to key partners. We require a poised communicator skilled in fostering client partnerships, offering continuous assistance, and partnering with the agency head to ensure account growth and stability. Candidates should demonstrate a history of handling substantial budgets—with a strong preference for those familiar with the Australian market—to help elevate our clients' achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results.
• Conduct audits of prospective client Google Ads accounts.
• Prepare audit reports that demonstrate opportunities for improvement and the value of our services.
• Present findings and recommendations to potential and existing clients.
• Participate in client meetings and confidently answer campaign-related questions.
• Respond to client emails and provide ongoing campaign support.
• Work closely with the business owner and provide regular updates on account activities and performance.
• Support the growth and retention of existing client accounts.
• Maintain consistent communication and availability during agreed working hours.

Skills, experience and attributes

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Proven experience managing large and/or complex Google Ads accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience conducting account audits and creating actionable recommendations.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Experience presenting campaign strategies and results to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with clients via phone and video calls.
• Experience working with Australian clients is highly preferred.
