This role is focused on creating, adapting, and producing static image creatives at scale while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and creative systems. The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, comfortable working within established creative frameworks, and capable of maintaining both quality and speed across a large volume of deliverables. The position will integrate heavily with AI-powered creative workflows and production systems. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable learning and working with emerging AI tools, following structured processes precisely, and consistently producing performance-oriented creative assets at scale. This is not a traditional graphic designer role focused on brand campaigns or long creative development cycles. The core objective is high-volume creative production, operational consistency, and reliable execution within a performance marketing environment. Key Responsibilities: Static Creative Production Create and adapt static image creatives for Meta advertising campaigns Produce high volumes of creative assets while maintaining accuracy and consistency Develop multiple creative variations for testing and iteration Execute creative requests based on established briefs, templates, and production systems Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and performance marketing requirements AI-Assisted Creative Workflows Work within AI-powered creative production systems and workflows Utilize tools such as Higgsfield and related AI platforms to support creative generation and production Learn and adopt new AI workflows, automation systems, and agentic AI processes as they are implemented Maintain efficiency while balancing AI-assisted production with brand consistency Brand Compliance & Quality Control Follow brand guidelines with exceptional attention to detail Maintain consistency across typography, imagery, layouts, messaging, and visual identity Review creative outputs for compliance before final delivery Ensure assets remain aligned with established creative standards Workflow & Production Management Manage high-volume production schedules and deadlines Maintain organized file structures and asset management systems Track deliverables and production progress across multiple campaigns Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support testing initiatives and campaign launches Qualifications: Required Experience creating static creatives for Meta Ads, paid social campaigns, or digital advertising Experience working within structured brand guidelines and creative systems Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high-volume outputs Experience using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar creative software Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, automation systems, or AI-assisted content production Familiarity with Meta advertising creative best practices Experience supporting direct-response, ecommerce, or performance marketing brands Experience working in high-volume creative testing environments Ability to manage repetitive production workflows without sacrificing quality Comfortable producing 20–60 creative assets per day when required Strong organizational skills and process discipline Comfortable learning and working with AI-powered creative production tools Comfortable following documented systems and workflows precisely Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively Preferred Experience using Higgsfield or similar AI creative generation platforms
