🚀 Senior Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + Next.js) – Early Team / Equity (ESOP)

At DeepSuite, we are building an AI-Native Commerce OS designed to revolutionize how businesses operate, manage, and scale in emerging markets. We’ve built the foundation, and we are looking for a brilliant Senior Full-Stack Developer to help take our platform from beta to a major public launch, refine core features, and ship high-impact AI-driven capabilities.

This is a part-time initial role transitioning into a full-time position. You aren't just coming in to write code; you are joining as an early, core employee with a clear path to lead our engineering and QA teams as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Bridge Beta to Launch: Own, optimize, and scale our core stack—ensuring the seamless interaction between our robust Laravel backend and dynamic Next.js frontend.
• Ship Mission-Critical Features: Brainstorm, architect, and deploy new features, ensuring the platform is secure, blazing-fast, and ready for high-volume commerce.
• Maintain Code Excellence: Refine existing codebases, squash bottlenecks, and set high-quality engineering standards.
• Future Leadership: Help establish testing and QA paradigms, laying down the groundwork to hire and lead a dedicated full-stack team down the road.

Who You Are

• The Stack Master: You have extensive, production-proven experience building and deploying scalable applications using Laravel (PHP) and Next.js (React/TypeScript).
• Product-Minded Engineer: You don't just build specs; you understand user experience, business logic, and the nuances of commerce platforms.
• The "Owner" Mindset: You thrive in early-stage environments. You are resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by equity and long-term upside rather than a traditional corporate corporate safety net.
• Architectural Thinker: You know how to design clean APIs, optimize database queries, and write modular frontend components that last.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (experience with commerce platforms, SaaS, or AI integrations is a huge plus).
