IoT Project Engineer Intern – Remote Position
We are hiring an IoT Project Engineer Intern at BoxTech.
This is an entry-level internship suitable for a fresh graduate or final-year student with a software, IT, electronics, or computer science background.
The intern will support IoT and smart city projects such as GPS tracking, fleet management, asset tracking, cold chain monitoring, indoor location, worker attendance, and sensor-based monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Prepare project documents, use cases, presentations, and project files.
Compare IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and software platforms.
Contact suppliers and manufacturers to collect datasheets, prices, lead time, and technical details.
Coordinate with the sales team and technical support team for project requirements and testing.
Arrange device testing, prepare test reports, and share weekly progress updates.
Prepare Excel sheets for device comparison, pricing, testing results, and project tracking.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or final-year student.
Basic understanding of software, APIs, databases, mobile/web platforms, or IoT.
Good communication and research skills.
Able to prepare Excel sheets, documents, and presentations.
Willing to learn about IoT hardware, GPS devices, sensors, and smart city solutions.
