Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Business Development Executive (SDR). The person in this role will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, researching, and engaging target prospects across B2B startups and growth-stage companies.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building prospect lists, executing outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualifying leads against defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and scheduling discovery meetings for the senior sales team. The Senior Business Development Executive will work closely with GroRev's leadership team to develop targeted outreach strategies, maintain CRM accuracy, and manage prospect engagement throughout the early stages of the sales cycle.
The role involves understanding prospect challenges related to revenue growth, outbound sales execution, and go-to-market strategy, and effectively communicating the value of GroRev's Build-Operate-Transfer SDR model and GroSales Intelligence platform. The individual will be responsible for maintaining activity targets, tracking outreach performance, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to the continuous improvement of messaging, playbooks, and prospecting processes.
